GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USING THE SERVICES AVAILABLE

THROUGH THE “BOAT AWAY" MOBILE APP, AVAILABLE ON GOOGLE PLAY

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Thank you for using Boat Away. These General Terms of Service (the “Terms”) outline your legal

rights and responsibilities concerning your access to and use of the Boat Away mobile and software

applications, available via the iOS App Store and Google Play (collectively, the "Mobile App").

Please read these Terms carefully.

You can accept the Terms by:

• Clicking to accept or agree to the Terms within the Mobile App; or

• Using the Services. In doing so, you acknowledge and agree that Boat Away will treat your

use of the Services as acceptance of these Terms.

2. DEFINITIONS

User: "User," "you," or "your" refers to anyone who accesses or uses the Services, including

participating in games, tasks, quests, and sharing or viewing content.

Services: The services offered by Boat Away via the Mobile App, including activities such as

watching short videos and earning virtual points. Boat Away does not provide gambling, lottery, or

other regulated activities.

User Account: A part of the Mobile App containing user information required during registration,

accessible via email, phone number, or through Gmail or Facebook authorization.

Content: Includes images, photos, audio, video, location data, 'nearby places,' and other forms of

data.

Your Content: Content you, as a User, submit, including uploads, shares, or transmissions through

the Services, such as likes, ratings, reviews, images, messages, and account information.

Boat Away Content: Content created and made available by Boat Away, including visual

interfaces, graphics, design, software, and usage-related data.

3. USING THE SERVICES

Eligibility: You must be at least sixteen (16) years old and fully able to understand and agree to

these Terms.

Compliance with Laws: You are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations

when accessing and using the Services.

Mobile App Availability: The Mobile App may be modiﬁed, updated, interrupted, suspended, or

discontinued at any time without notice or liability.

User Accounts: You must create a User Account to use certain Services. You are responsible for

maintaining the conﬁdentiality of your password and all activities under your account. Notify us

immediately of unauthorized use. We reserve the right to close your account at any time.

Participating in Games and Tasks: Users can participate in games and tasks to earn virtual points.

Communications: By creating a User Account, you agree to receive certain communications

related to the Mobile App.

4. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

Boat Away may amend these Terms at its discretion. You are responsible for checking these Terms

periodically. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

5. CONTENT

Responsibility for Your Content: You are responsible for the content you publish and assume all

risks associated with it. Content must not violate any third-party rights or laws.

Right to Use Your Content: By submitting content, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, non-

exclusive, royalty-free right to use it within the European Union, including sublicensing and

transferring rights.

Ownership of Content: You own Your Content; we own Boat Away Content, including visual

interfaces, interactive features, and software. You may not exploit Boat Away Content without

authorization.

Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content at any time

without notice.

6. RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to engage in activities that violate third-party rights, laws, or these Terms, including

creating fake accounts, transmitting viruses, or reverse engineering the Mobile App.

7. RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER GUIDELINES AND POLICIES

We process your personal data per our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle

your information.

8. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT

We are not responsible for Third-Party Websites or content accessed through the Mobile App. Use

of Third-Party Websites is at your own risk.

9. ADVERTISING

The Mobile App may display advertisements. We are not responsible for the accuracy of advertising

materials or any transactions with advertisers.

10. USER FEEDBACK

By submitting Feedback, you agree it is not conﬁdential and grant us a perpetual, royalty-free right

to use it.

11. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Mobile

App and your User Account.

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Services are provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect,

special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes will be resolved individually and governed by Bulgarian law. Claims are limited to the

amount you paid to access the Mobile App.

14. SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full

effect.

15. TERMINATION

You may terminate these Terms by closing your account. We may suspend or terminate your

account at any time.

16. GENERAL TERMS

We may amend or discontinue the Mobile App at any time. Notices may be provided by email or

through the Mobile App. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Boat Away.
